Using advanced reel-to-reel electroplating technology, we apply highly controlled nickel coatings to ultra-fine wire dimensions ranging from 5 to 200 microns. Nickel is widely used as both a functional surface coating and an adhesion-promoting intermediate layer, providing an excellent foundation for subsequent precious metal coatings such as gold, palladium, or rhodium.
